Divergent Theatre is born from Divergent Drama Limited, a company that provides drama based workshops and clubs in schools across the country. Where Divergent Drama encourages it's participants to create their own plays, write their own scripts and design their own costumes, Divergent Theatre echoes this ethos. We create pieces of new writing and reinvent old tales that comment on our current political and social situations and resound with the masses. 

Divergent Theatre's main aim is to entertain and engage all ages. We engage our audiences and provoke thought and debate. 

Divergent Drama and Theatre is run and founded by Kate Gwynn and Victoria Sheldon.
